Dinesh Kymal
Co-Founder and Director
Prior to Energyhive, Dinesh worked in corporate business development at Fichtner Consulting Engineers and was instrumental in sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing deals with some of Fichtner India’s biggest clients including Caterpillar Inc., FLUOR Daniel, TAQA Global, Indian Rayon, SPIC etc. He has a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
Venugopal Sampathkumar
Co-Founder and Director
In his previous avatar, Venu worked as a consultant with EAI in the sourcing and execution of strategy projects in renewable energy for clients such as Pepsico, the World Bank, Amway, Indo-Rama Renewables, Regen Powertech and so on. He has a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from the College of Engineering, Guindy and has completed level 2 of the CFA Program.
Aditya Krishnakumar
Co-Founder & Head – Business Development
Aditya began his career in FMCG sales at ITC. Later, he was a part of the core leadership in two early stage technology startups, responsible for sales (b2b) and product management. He has sold to & worked closely with customers like Bajaj, Welspun, RPG, Marico, Walmart, Metro & the Government of India. He studied Business Management at XLRI, and Mechanical Engineering at Anna University.
Srikanth Narayanasamy
Director – Technical
Dr Srikanth was previously the head of energy efficient cooling solutions at Bosch Energy and building solutions. He has around 30 years of experience in HVAC design, projects, and facility management.
He sits on various committees of global ASHRAE (Board of Governance), IAPMO (Technical Committee Chairman, India) as well as ISHRAE (Committee member, Evaporative Cooling).
He is also an active member of IAQA, FSAI, FOCUS and CRISP.
